Knowledge of operation and maintenance of dish machines, ovens, steamers, slicers, freezers, and refrigeration. Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner. Ability to multi‑task while maintaining quality standards. Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous work experience in food services is preferred. Physical & Safety Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs. (subject to environmental conditions such as walk‑in coolers, freezers, stoves, ovens, and steam tables). Exposure to odors, steam, and cleaning solutions. Frequent handling of average weight objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds; standing and/or walking continuously. Exposure to extreme cold from walk‑in coolers and freezers and extreme heat from stoves, ovens, and steam tables.
