Experienced Automotive Service Technician

Diehl of North Hills Chevrolet in Bellevue, PA is looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. For the right technician, this is a $100,000+ annual earning opportunity, with the potential to earn even more based on experience, certifications, skill level, and productivity.

If you're currently working at another dealership or independent repair facility, we'll work with you to help make the transition as easy as possible.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
• Perform engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain repairs
• Complete scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
• Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and GM manufacturer resources
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections
• Accurately document diagnoses and repairs
• Work closely with service advisors to identify and communicate vehicle repair needs
• Maintain Chevrolet/GM and dealership quality standards
• Complete repairs correctly and efficiently

We're Looking For

• Previous professional automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs
• ASE and/or GM manufacturer certifications preferred
• Strong productivity and time-management skills
• Commitment to fixing vehicles correctly the first time
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
