We are actively seeking a Senior Loan IQ Business Analyst with deep expertise in Loan IQ and strong SME-level knowledge of the platform.

Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Extensive hands-on experience working on Loan IQ-based projects
✔ Strong functional and business analysis experience within syndicated/commercial lending
✔ In-depth understanding of Loan IQ system architecture, workflows, and configurations
✔ Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Loan IQ
✔ Experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and supporting business stakeholders
✔ Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with aggressive delivery timelines
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Loan IQ SME for critical project deliverables
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Loan IQ processes
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams
• Drive timely delivery of project milestones in a high-pressure environment
