Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)

- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services that maximize functional independence
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge planning using Net Health and PCC
- Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility, safety, and home recommendations
- Help create positive, meaningful outcomes for every resident you serve
- Current or eligible Ohio Physical Therapist license
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
- Experience with Net Health and PCC is preferred
