Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will provide virtual assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support clients in improving functional abilities at home, work, or school. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telehealth sessions, documenting clinical encounters, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, and integrating AI-generated insights into therapy planning and progress monitoring. The role also involves educating clients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, recommending assistive devices or environmental modifications, and contributing to continuous improvement of digital care pathways. The Occupational Therapist will maintain high standards of clinical quality, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity while working with diverse populations across global settings. Qualifications Clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to occupational therapy practice, including understanding of common chronic conditions and neurological, orthopedic, and psychosocial diagnoses. Strong Communication skills, including clear documentation, effective telehealth interaction, client education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including assessment and intervention for children with developmental, physical, or learning challenges. Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist (or international equivalent), in good standing. Experience with telehealth or digital health platforms and comfort working in a technology-enabled, AI-supported environment. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a flexible caseload, and maintain professional boundaries and ethics.
