Job Description Job Title: Senior SharePoint Developer Number of Positions: 1 Urgency and Target Start Date: Immediate Work Location: Onsite Pentagon Security Clearance: Minimum Active Top Secret; higher clearances can be held Position Overview BizFirst is supporting our client in the search for a Senior SharePoint Developer to provide specialized expertise in SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint administration. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing SharePoint environments, automating tasks using PowerShell, and migrating sites from on-premises to SharePoint Online. This role requires a strong understanding of SharePoint development, administration, and configuration, including integration with Microsoft 365 services and third-party tools such as Sharegate and Nintex Workflows. The position is onsite at the Pentagon and requires an active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a polygraph if needed. What You Will Do As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will: Developand maintain SharePoint applications for SharePoint Online and on-premisesenvironments. Automatetasks using PowerShell, including deployment, disk management, auditlogging, and reporting. MigrateSharePoint sites from on-premises to SharePoint Online, utilizingSharegate. AdministerSharePoint Online, including tenant management, site access controls, termstores, content type galleries, and API integrations. ManageSharePoint infrastructure, including event logs, software updates, andcumulative updates to ensure system stability. Developand configure SharePoint architecture, including site collections,sub-sites, and security controls. UtilizeInternet Information Services (IIS) to install, configure, and manageSharePoint applications. Createcustom workflows, forms, and web parts to enhance SharePointfunctionality. Troubleshootand resolve SharePoint deployment, configuration, and system issues. Implementcustom SharePoint features using Windows Workflow Foundation and ExcelServices. UtilizeVisual Studio for SharePoint development and enterprise-wide enhancements. Required Qualifications 6+years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, with expertise inSharePoint Online and on-premises environments. 3+years of development experience using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET). Bachelors or 10+ years of equivalent work experience Experiencewith Nintex Workflows, Power Platform, and Sharegate Migration Tool. Proficiencyin SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, and PowerPlatform. Hands-onSharePoint Online administration experience, including: Managingtenant settings, security policies, and access controls. Creating,deleting, and managing sites, storage limits, and sharing settings. Deployingcustom web parts and managing API integrations. Experienceinstalling and configuring SharePoint 2016+ environments, includingcumulative updates. Experienceusing PowerShell for automation, system maintenance, and reporting. Experiencewith IIS for managing SharePoint applications and deployments. Strongtroubleshooting skills for deployment, configuration, and system issues. Proficiencywith Visual Studio for SharePoint development and enhancements. Preferred Qualifications Strongunderstanding of Microsoft 365, including Visio. Relevantcertifications, such as Security+ or SharePoint-related certifications. Experiencesupporting DoD or federal government environments.
