NOW HIRING: NEW FORD SALES MANAGER

McGraw Ford is seeking a driven, hands-on New Ford Sales Manager to lead our new vehicle sales department. We need a leader who can build relationships, coach salespeople, structure deals, and grow volume while protecting profitability and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily new Ford sales operations, with clear expectations for activity, performance, and customer follow-up.
• Take an active role in desking deals, customer introductions, manager turnovers, and closing sales.
• Coach and develop sales consultants through daily training, individual feedback, and consistent accountability.
• Drive effective CRM use, internet lead response, appointment setting, showroom conversion, and follow-up.
• Manage new vehicle inventory, aging, merchandising, and pricing in partnership with dealership leadership.
• Stay current on Ford products, incentives, programs, and ordering processes.
• Work closely with used vehicle and finance management on trade evaluations, deal structure, and a smooth customer handoff.
• Monitor sales volume, front-end gross, closing ratios, customer satisfaction, and departmental performance.
• Ensure accurate paperwork, ethical sales practices, and consistent execution of dealership processes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven automotive sales management experience; Ford experience strongly preferred.
• Strong desking, negotiation, closing, and sales coaching skills.
• A track record of producing profitable sales and developing successful salespeople.
• Confidence using dealership CRM and DMS systems to manage activity and results.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, manufacturer incentives, and automotive financing.
• A professional, customer-focused leader who communicates clearly and follows through.
• Availability to work the dealership’s retail schedule, including Saturdays.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
