Shenandoah Telecommunications Company ("Shentel") specializes in providing high-speed internet and other telecommunications services to customers in the Mid-Atlantic United States. We focus on rural communities, which are often overlooked by larger companies. Shentel is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team to support our growing business. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel's broadband and television solutions while providing excellent customer service. In this role you will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

• Your high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience
