Senior Litigation Paralegal

As of October 16th, a prestigious law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their NY office and work closely with attorneys and other staff members. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the daily maintenance of cases, assisting with document production, and working on court filings.
• Assisting with preparations for depositions, hearings, and trials, including coordinating trial logistics and attending trials as requested.
• Overseeing the organization of case documents and conducting legal research.
• Preparing motions, subpoenas, and materials for filing with court or service on parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and coordinate changing priorities.
• Ability to create a friendly and professional rapport with attorneys, staff, and external parties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive matters.
