Patient Registration Representative– Sanford, ME (On-Site)

$3,000 sign-on bonus available (prorated for part-time).
Not eligible: per diem, current employees, or former employees within 6 months.

In this entry-level role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping guide them through their healthcare experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll work alongside clinical teams—at the front desk and sometimes at the bedside—handling registration, patient identification, and supporting families with care and professionalism.

You’ll gain experience in a fast-paced hospital setting, working with diverse patient populations and real-time care environments.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Related experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Computer and data entry experience is required with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication, as well as the ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
