The Role As a Dishwasher, you are the backbone of the restaurant operations. You manage the rhythm of the kitchen by ensuring a constant supply of clean equipment and dinnerware. Key Responsibilities: Sanitation Excellence: Operate the dish machine and manual 3-compartment sink with a drive for perfect results. Organization: Maintain a tidy dish area and ensure all items are returned to their proper "backstage" locations promptly. Team Assistance: Support the Line Cooks with basic prep work or cleaning tasks during slower periods to uphold the "Team Sport" mentality. Safety & Maintenance: Keep the kitchen floor safe and dry, and ensure chemical levels for the dish machine are always maintained for peak quality.
