Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Server Assistant to join our Premium Clubs team. This event-based, part-time role supports dining room operations, assisting servers throughout events, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that delivers an exceptional premium dining experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Set up dining rooms, tables, and bussing stations prior to guest arrival.
• Assist servers by bussing and resetting tables, refilling water glasses, and restocking service supplies throughout events.
• Maintain clean dining areas, pantries, and workstations while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support opening and closing responsibilities, including event setup and breakdown.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest needs professionally and courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of venue amenities to assist guests with questions and directions.
• Support other Premium Club locations and team members as operational needs require.
• Follow all company food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, hotels, clubs, restaurants, or premium dining environments preferred.
• Previous stadium, arena, entertainment venue, or fine dining experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
