Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist Outpatient – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour (08:30 - 17:00), Tuesday through Saturday. Every Saturday required. 13-week assignment through September 14, 2026.

Requirements:

• Valid California Physical Therapy license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience; 3 years preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Acute rehab experience or willingness to float to acute rehab with orientation
• Level II trauma experience preferred
• Must provide 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Flexibility to float between units or affiliate facilities as needed
• 50-mile radius rule applies for local candidates
