Registered Nurse - Orthopedics, Full-Time, Days

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Orthopedics Role & Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN) Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or completed within 30 days Preferred: BSN, specialty certifications, prior clinical experience Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks Key Duties: Providing quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and performing nursing responsibilities in compliance with standards.
