Must-Have: - Active certifications with nothing pending. - Two references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required for submission. - Compliance with health facility requirements is essential. - Negative 10 panel drug screen required within 12 months of start. Description: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical telemetry. The role requires working night shifts consisting of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week. Candidates must possess a minimum of 18 months of recent experience in a permanent Med/Surg Telemetry setting. An active Ohio nursing license is mandatory, with compact licenses accepted for specific starts. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is also required. References must be from roles held in the past 12 months and not from co-workers. This position involves direct patient care in a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical skills. Candidates will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Additional assessments may be required during orientation to ensure compliance with facility standards. Candidates should be prepared for a thorough review of background checks, and those with open cases will not be considered.
