Family Coordinator

To support families during a critical time, the full-time remote Family Coordinator will manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 100 concurrent cases, overseeing the full client lifecycle from contract signature to the return of ashes while ensuring exceptional client experiences. Key responsibilities Manage a high-volume book of business, guiding families through each step of the process with empathy and professionalism Act as the primary point of contact, handling inbound and outbound communications while maintaining meticulous documentation Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely case milestones, including transportation, documentation, and cremation scheduling Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in case management, client coordination, or similar roles with end-to-end ownership of a caseload Strong written and spoken English skills Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously with a focus on detail and record-keeping Proficient in using multiple systems for effective workflow management and problem-solving Highly accountable and proactive, with a passion for client experience and service delivery Virtual Vocations Inc
