Position Facility Solutions Manager Location Springfield, MO (Greater Southwest Missouri) Type Full-Time Objective The Facility Solutions Manager oversees business operations for an assigned client service area. Responsibilities include field support, training, inspections, troubleshooting, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and contractors. Additional duties involve negotiating contracts, procuring supplies, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects. Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Recognize customer challenges and recommend additional solutions that align with their needs. Support business growth by generating leads, referrals, and opportunities for additional services. Partner with sales leadership to convert identified opportunities into new or expanded business. Maintain a sales-minded approach while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Develop and execute tailored service strategies and schedules. Negotiate agreements for additional services and manage pricing/logistics. Oversee contractor relationships: hiring, compliance, and performance. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure client satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Utilize CRM tools for inspections and scheduling. Assist with collections and maintain accurate documentation. Requirements 3–5+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Reliable transportation required. Earning Potential: This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure, with total earnings typically ranging from $70,000 to$100,000+ annually , based on results and growth.
