Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay Range: $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:

• Service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
• Troubleshooting, repairing and installing new parts
• Makes recommendations on repairs, and educate customers on indoor air quality products
• Communicate benefits of preventative maintenance
• Excellent customer service

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on service experience of residential HVAC systems
• Experience performing routine preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Universal EPA Certification
• Strong communication and customer care abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
• Hold a NATE Core Certification and obtain applicable specialty certifications within the first year of employment
• Must have the necessary hand tools and equipment to perform assigned duties
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history
• Graduation from an accredited HVAC trade or technical training program preferred

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
