Key responsibilities Lead initiatives related to productivity optimization, pay structure design, and workforce management Collaborate with data teams to analyze quantitative data and synthesize qualitative insights for strategic decision-making Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations, workforce planning, or a related discipline Proven track record of independently leading significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced environments
