Program Manager (Healthcare / App Dev)
Managing the successful delivery of the expected business value/outcome
Manages/mentors Project managers/scrum masters within the program
Develops integrated program delivery plans or project plans
Manages program schedule, scope, value and quality
Manages variances to plan and develops contingency plans to bring the plan back into alignment
Manages changes to scope, schedule, or budget
Manages program risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
Prepares weekly and Executive Status Reports
Manages program burn charts and highlight financial risks/opportunities
Manages resource capacity including resources outside of Aetna Technology
