Female Caregivers (HCA& CNA) needed in Livermore, 12 hour shifts

Caregiver PositionWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care in Livermore. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized care. Candidates will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence within a respectful and caring environment.Duties:Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility supportPrepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessaryProvide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environmentSupport clients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts as neededMaintain cleanliness of living spaces through light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundryDocument care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and regulationsFollow established care plans and adapt to individual client needs while ensuring safety protocols are maintainedSkills:Experience with home & community care, assisted living, or long-term care environments preferredCurrent HCA or CNA certificationKnowledge of patient observation, monitoring vital signs, and dementia or Alzheimer's care techniquesAbility to assist with complex medical needs such as medication administration and patient monitoringCertifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance, and hospice or nursing home experience are highly desirableStrong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teamsCompassionate attitude with patience for working with seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism, and those requiring memory or dementia careAbility to perform heavy lifting when necessary and work independently in a home or community settingExperience working with diverse populations including residents with disabilities or special needs is a plusJoin our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
