Job Description Manage all phases of commercial construction projects: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports. The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial construction projects (ground-up and/or large scale renovation projects). Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (a plus, not required). What's on Offer Competitive Base Salary of $90,000 - $120,000 with performance-based bonuses.
