Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong project and portfolio management experience with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
- Ability to provide clear, concise, and detailed responses on project status, risks, dependencies, financials, and delivery metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing complex programs in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large-scale enterprise programs.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects and programs within the portfolio, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Provide hands-on project management oversight, including planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive portfolio governance, status reporting, resource planning, and executive-level updates.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment of project outcomes with strategic goals.
- Facilitate decision-making and proactively manage dependencies across projects.
