Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer insurance accounts, ensuring up-to-date policies and client satisfaction.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage adjustments.
- Proactively generate leads and cultivate relationships with key referral sources.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Consistently follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
