This role is responsible for machine setup, changeovers, tooling adjustments, program edits, inspections, and maintaining tight-tolerance production.What We're Looking For:2+ years of Swiss CNC setup and operation experienceStrong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledgeExperience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring toolsAbility to perform setups, tooling changes, offsets, and troubleshooting with minimal supervisionUnderstanding of machining fundamentals, speeds/feeds, and material propertiesHighly Preferred:Direct experience with Citizen Cincom Swiss machinesExperience with guide bushings, collets, bar feeders, and Swiss machine changeoversBackground in medical device, aerospace, electronics, or precision machining environmentsTrillium Technical has been recruiting and placing Engineering professionals for over 30 years.
