Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic, high-energy, hard-working business leaders to join our team.
Managers are responsible for:
- Ensuring exceptional guest service is offered by the team
- Running general restaurant operations
- Interviewing, coaching/training staff members
- Building and driving sales
- Must be able to execute systems and standards
Job Requirements:
- 5 or more years of management experience
- Previous responsibility for financial performance and ability to read financial statements
- Proven ability to drive sales through creative marketing efforts
- Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills, with great attention to details
- Experience with high-volume sales
