Youth Programs Lead — Mentoring & Engagement

Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha is looking for a Program Specialist to implement, supervise, develop, and evaluate programs for youth ages 6-12. The role includes duties such as administering programs, developing lesson plans, and building relationships with youth to foster trust. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, experience with youth, and strong communication skills.
