See and hear from a Ryder employee who drives for us here: Compensation & Benefits Paid Weekly Hourly Pay : $30 per hour Per Diem : $55.00 per night Paid Training Schedule : Monday–Friday Hours : On call – varies Start Time : 3:00 am – 7:00 am Mileage Reimbursement : $0.72 per mile; airfare, rental car, and lodging Ryder Drivers are paid weekly and operate well‑maintained, safe trucks 36 months or newer with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide maintenance locations.
