Hotel Cook at Cincinnati Marriott North
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team at Cincinnati Marriott North in West Chester, Ohio. The candidate will need to have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or event center environments. This job focuses on preparing menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality and consistency.
The Job is for the AM Cook and is hourly based. We do offer health benefits, paid time off, and 401k.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Being flexible with scheduling and changes in procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook in a hotel restaurant setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including early morning shifts.
- Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and menu items.
