As a creative leader, they will be responsible for leading the development of the creative vision in collaboration with the marketing teams. Their role involves spearheading various creative projects, providing strategic guidance in both digital and print domains, and effectively mentoring and managing the creative team. Their primary focus is to develop a unified visual narrative across various media platforms and inspire the team to achieve creative excellence.ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely delivery of assets under tight deadlines, including same-day or short-turn requests.Demonstrate flexibility in availability to support urgent business needs and critical delivery windows.Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders in real time.Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Creative Leads to anticipate workload and upcoming deadlines.Maintain high-quality output while adapting to shifting priorities and fast-paced workflows.Actively participate in continuous feedback loops, applying feedback quickly and effectively.Identify recurring issues and escalate risks early to avoid impact on delivery.QualificationsMUST HAVE SKILLS:-Solid design craft (polish, typography, layout, visual hierarchy)-Strong attention to detail (pixel-perfect execution)-Ability to translate clear to moderately ambiguous briefs into design solutions, with guidance on complex projects-Supporting conceptual thinking (can ideate and solve creatively as part of a team, not just execution)- Experience across multiple formats: Digital (banners), Print, and working comfortably in PowerPoint-heavy environments- Experience in agency or brand-side environments- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-turnaround environment- Strong communication and responsiveness (critical for tight deadlines)- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma (or equivalent)- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and clientsAdditional informationNICE TO HAVE SKILLS:- Illustration skills (basic to intermediate)- Experience with design systems- Exposure to campaign thinking or integrated marketing- Motion graphics / video basics (e.g., storyboards, simple edits)- Basic exposure to UI/UX design (as long as not overly specialized)- Familiarity with brand strategy or creative direction frameworks- Awareness of print production processes- Ability to contribute to creative strategy discussions when asked, as a team participant
