Project Manager II

Job Summary
Our client, a leading communications and entertainment provider, is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team! This position is an ongoing, full-time contract engagement and is fully remote within the U.S.



Core Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead consumer packaging and pricing business cases end to end, including framing hypotheses, sizing addressable markets, evaluating cannibalization risk, and proposing low-investment test paths before full builds
• Own Add/Drop decisioning as a core, recurring responsibility by evaluating which networks and content to add or remove based on cost, engagement, churn risk, and competitive positioning
• Translate programming economics into clear consumer-packaging trade-offs and decision-ready recommendations
• Direct and interpret quantitative work, including market sizing, competitive pricing, customer surveys, UX and call-center signals, and churn analysis
• Apply pay-TV, streaming, or telecommunications expertise to understand package development, marketing, carriage and content economics, and potential pricing or contract opportunities
• Stress-test recommendations against credible opposing viewpoints and challenge stakeholder assumptions through strong written and verbal storytelling

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Advanced Excel/spreadsheet modeling experience, including market sizing, pricing scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
• SQL literacy with the ability to query, pull, and independently validate data
• Experience interpreting and visualizing data through dashboards, charts, and tables using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Comfort working with survey, UX, and call-center data sources and applying basic segmentation logic
• Strong PowerPoint and narrative development skills with the ability to package analysis into decision-ready recommendations
• Experience in pay-TV, streaming, telecommunications, or a closely related industry

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Databricks familiarity, including navigating notebooks and lakehouse environments
• Exposure to AI/LLM agents or automation for competitive and market monitoring
• Python or R experience for lightweight analysis
• Familiarity with subscriber/churn analytics or media-measurement data, such as Nielsen, Comscore, or internal viewership feeds
• Basic understanding of A/B testing or in-market test design

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $60.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
