Other Qualification Requirements Current, active professional license (as applicable to role) in good standing Essential Functions Under the direction of appropriate clinical or professional leadership, the Professional Licensed Employee performs job-related duties consistent with their licensure, education, training, and scope of practice. This role supports patient care and/or professional services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare. Perform duties appropriate to professional license, certification, and assigned department Deliver safe, high-quality services in accordance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards Accurately document work performed in applicable systems Collaborate effectively with physicians, leaders, and interdisciplinary team members Support patient safety, quality initiatives, and service excellence Comply with all Sharp HealthCare and Tri-City Medical Center policies and procedures Participate in required training, education, and transition-related activities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Sharp HealthCare is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
