Occupational Therapist (OT) We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Countryside Post‑Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. As an Occupational Therapist at our facility, you will play a critical role in helping our patients regain independence and achieve their maximum potential after an illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our patients Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments to improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination Collaborate with our rehabilitation team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to develop comprehensive treatment plans Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies to promote independence and safety Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Tennessee Benefits A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals A comprehensive benefits package (to be determined) #J-18808-Ljbffr Countrysidehc
