What We're Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Compliance Specialist I to join our team! The Compliance Specialist I supports compliance operations by managing records, processing requests, and maintaining documentation. The role receives and organizes compliance-related records and documentation, responds to inquiries, and coordinates documentation activities to ensure secure handling of information and compliance with regulatory requirements.

On a typical day, you might:

• Receive, log, and organize compliance-related records and documentation.
• Process internal and external records requests and coordinate retrieval with vendors and staff.
• Maintain secure storage and tracking of records in accordance with retention requirements.
• Respond to routine inquiries regarding records, confidentiality, and documentation processes.
• Assist with scheduling, agendas, and materials for compliance-related meetings.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience in medical records; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must reside within North Carolina.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Preferred:

• Experience with assisting in organizing confidential information.
