Bonus is paid at $125 weekly for the first four weeks of full‑time work. Hourly pay may be up to $18.76 per hour, including overtime and bonuses, and a referral bonus up to $600 may also be earned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Trim meat sub‑primals according to specifications using a meat‑cutting knife. Cut and trim steaks. Handle the physical pressures of splitting non‑frozen meat in half (next to vein) in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrate the ability to work as a team and follow direction. Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines. Perform other duties as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Must pass a meat trimming test after 45 days of training, including time working alone. Understand trimming rules, product specifications, and meat tolerances. Must be able to work in a cold environment and handle frozen meat with hands throughout the day. Must wear a safety helmet, gloves, and safety boots. Regular attendance is required. Physical Demands Stand for long periods, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk, or hear. Lift and/or move meat weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 15 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
