Entry-Level Sales Team Lead

Globe Life seeks a remote Entry-Level Sales Team Lead to develop and oversee a virtual team selling life and supplemental health insurance. You will coach new agents, drive sales performance, and ensure a customer-first, compliant sales process. Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, monitoring pipeline metrics, and providing real-time coaching on prospecting, needs analysis, and policy presentations. You’ll partner with leadership on training and process improvements while modeling ethical, performance-driven behavior that supports long-term customer relationships and career growth.
