Team The Inventory Management Department’s mission is to enable a curated merchandise assortment and seamless retail environment to create exceptional shopping experiences. Opportunity Aritzia is growing, and the Inventory Management team in Retail is expanding. This role offers you the chance to be part of the team responsible for curating a beautiful merchandise assortment and strategically presenting our product to inspire clients. Role As Inventory Manager you will manage and educate the Inventory team on the movement of merchandise into and out of the store. Key responsibilities include: Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from distribution centres, store to store, and to clients. Strategically place product in the back room, evenly distribute to achieve optimal balance, and ensure items are stocked at ideal quantities. Uphold product display standards, ensuring the right product is in the right place per the merchandising placement plan. Enable seamlessly integrated cross‑channel shopping experiences. Support operations of all retail space aspects—window installations, fitting rooms, supplies, equipment, and technology. Support business objectives, enabling career development and an excellent employee experience by managing day‑to‑day performance of your team.
