Warehouse Material Handler - KitchenAid Facility, $18+/hr

Position Overview:
As a Material Handler, you will play a key part in moving, storing, packaging, and organizing materials and finished goods across warehouse and production areas. Your expertise will ensure seamless workflows by operating industrial equipment, supporting inventory accuracy, and assisting with packaging and production tasks. This role offers competitive pay starting at $18.57 to $19.82 per hour, depending on your shift, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, tuggers, turret trucks, and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, move, and transport materials.

• Support warehouse and production operations by supplying materials, staging inventory, and preparing orders through picking, packing, and kitting activities.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, processing receiving and shipping documentation, and utilizing RF scanners and inventory management systems.

• Conduct routine equipment inspections, perform basic maintenance, and uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Assist with general warehouse duties and production support as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 6 months' experience in warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or related fields.

• Proven experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PIT).

• Proficiency with RF scanners, computers, and inventory management systems.

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, read Bills of Materials (BOMs), and accurately handle shipping and receiving documentation.

• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs., standing, and walking for extended periods, in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:40 AM – 2:50 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Please note: All new hires will attend orientation and complete their first week of training on 1st Shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.

Pay Details: $18.57 to $19.82 per hour
