Available Shift

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM PT/FT

Day Shift: 7:00 AM -7:00 PM FT

Weekend rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions.

• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.

• Perform skilled nursing procedures, including wound care and catheter care.

• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and health management.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.

• Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.

• Assist in supervising and mentoring nursing assistants.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Strong clinical and documentation skills.
