Creative Producer, Paid Social

We don’t follow trends; we create the viral, unconventional content that other brands copy. Position Overview We are seeking a gritty, hands-on Creative Producer, Paid Social to concept, direct, and physically shoot scroll-stopping, high-converting paid video ads for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and Facebook. This is not a traditional big-budget commercial or movie production role. You will not sit behind a desk delegating to crews; you will be holding the phone, sourcing unique props, pitching bold concepts, and filming real content designed to convert cold audiences into loyal customers. Reporting directly to our Co-Founder & COO, you will collaborate daily with our internal team of producers, video editors, social media leaders, and paid media strategists. Key Responsibilities Ideation & Creative Sourcing: Continuously mine TikTok, Instagram Reels, and competitor Ad Libraries for winning hooks, formats, and high-performing ad concepts. Pitch 10+ fresh ideas during bi-weekly team brainstorming sessions. Hands-On Physical Production: Independently film high-converting mobile-first social ads using smartphones. Handle all logistics including location scouting, talent sourcing, and acquiring props. Raw Footage Handoff: Package raw video assets and hand them off seamlessly to internal video editors and the Director of Paid Media for post-production and campaign launch. Audience Conversion Strategy: Produce messaging tailored to convert key demographics (e.g., target customer groups aged 45–55). Dynamic Daily Execution: Adapt rapidly to varying production needs—from in-office prop setup to local partner shoots or travel with leadership. Extreme Ownership: Take full accountability for production deliverables from pitch to shoot. Qualifications & Key Requirements Hands-On Mobile Filming: Proven ability to shoot high-quality, engaging short-form video on mobile devices. Paid Social & DTC Focus: Clear understanding of direct-response video advertising, hook strategies, and conversion-focused paid social ad mechanics. CPG / E-Commerce Background (Preferred): Prior experience producing paid social creative for CPG, DTC, or retail brands is a major plus (though not required for candidates with exceptional mobile creative portfolios). 100% In-Office Presence: Ability to work full-time in our collaborative office environment. Paid Project #2 ($500 Budget): Creative adaptation exercise transforming a successful external ad concept into an ad tailored to our brand.
