Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, employing standardized tools to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to meet clients' unique therapeutic goals.

• Engage with clients in establishing measurable therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and clients' feedback.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to provide convenient virtual therapy services to clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to in-person care.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of each session to meet ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in continuous professional development through training in our proprietary care pathways, enhancing therapeutic approaches aligned with evolving mental health methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We predominantly serve adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Advanced proficiency with technology, including the use of Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems, to manage client information effectively.
