We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Services Associate to join our team. As a Senior Client Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and support for our clients. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our clients, processing daily client service operational tasks, and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their financial objectives and preferences

• Collaborate with financial advisor to develop tailored solutions and investment strategies for clients

• Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and enhance their overall experience

• Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of new clients into our services

• Facilitate trades for client portfolios, as directed by the advisor

• Liaise with insurance companies on insurance and annuity contracts

• Shepherd the rollover process for 401(k) plans

• Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements and adjustments as necessary

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve client service offerings

• Take initiative in finding innovative solutions to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years’ experience in Financial Client Services

• Series 65/66 preferred or willingness to obtain

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor team members

• Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
