Description

• Conduct assessments of patients in both inpatient and outpatient contexts, crafting tailored treatment plans that align with individual needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized program

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
