Mammography Technologist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our outpatient clinic team. This position offers a dynamic work environment, focusing on breast imaging, screening, and diagnostic procedures. Ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in mammography with the ability to perform 3-D mammography and digital mammograms while ensuring patient comfort and care. Responsibilities Perform mammography exams, including screening and diagnostic procedures. Ensure quality control in imaging procedures and patient safety. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the Epic charting system. Communicate effectively with patients and provide education about the procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Schedule This position follows a 4x10-hour day schedule, typically from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays required. Candidates should be flexible as shift times may vary based on unit needs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography.
