Hiring for a Store Manager with a growing discount retail company in Stockton!

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who enjoys motivating teams, delivering excellent customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you're currently a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Supervisor, Retail Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a fast-paced retail environment with constantly changing merchandise, so every day is different. We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team.

Location: Stockton, CA

Pay: $20.00 to $24.00/hourly

Schedule

Friday – Tuesday
10:45 AM – 7:15 PM

What You'll Do

Lead and support daily store operations
Coach, train, and motivate team members
Deliver excellent customer service
Help manage inventory, merchandising, and store organization
Monitor performance and help drive results
Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, Department Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Warehouse/Operations Supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
