Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• New grads accepted

Assignment Details

• Patient population: Outpatient Ortho
• Will see 12-14 patients per day
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits
• Option for a travel team assignment in this clinic or a neighboring clinic
