As Caragiulos enters an exciting new chapter in our new home located at 1833 Ringling Blvd, we’re building a service team that believes hospitality is personal.

We’re seeking Servers who understand this role is more than managing a section; it is helping shape the comfort and experience of the entire dining room. This role is for someone who brings a high level of professionalism, warmth and awareness to the team, in order to help carry the restaurants’ 37-year-old legacy.

What You'll Do

• Guide guests through food, wine, and beverage offerings with confidence and warmth.
• Care for the entire restaurant with full awareness, understanding that every guest experience is a shared responsibility.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with thoughtful and attentive service.
• Uphold high hospitality standards and handle service recovery with care and attention.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to seamless service throughout the restaurant.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in upscale full-service elevated dining preferred.
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge.
• Italian Wine knowledge a big plus.
• Grace under pressure and strong guest instincts.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and connection.
• A team-first mindset and commitment to service and hospitality excellence.
