Community-Based Outreach Therapist — ACT Team

Community Health Resources, Inc. seeks an Outreach Therapist for the Assertive Community Treatment Team in Manchester, CT. This full-time, 40 hours/week position offers MON-FRI hours with one weeknight rotation and requires a Master's degree with LMSW/LPC-A/LMFT-A licensure as part of the qualifications.
