The personalized support that we provide to our caregivers helps you to deliver the highest standard of care to our customers. As a Caregiver with Integrity at Home your responsibilities may include: Ability to follow a pre-determined care plan, unique to each client. Assist clients with mobility and transfers. Prepare and serve meals. Provide companionship and encourage daily activity to promote physical and emotional well-being. Help clients with their activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Help maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and laundry. All caregivers are required to complete a background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients. We will assist you with completing these during the on-boarding process.
