Dedicated Home Health (formerly Preferred Home Care), a Medicare Home Health Agency, is seeking Per-Diem PTAs and COTAs!
PTAs and COTAs will provide home based services and treatment. Requirements:
- Florida State PTA/COTA License
- CPR Certification
- Malpractice Insurance
- Recent Physical Exam
- 3 Years PTA/COTA experience
- Must be patient oriented
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Excellent rates
- Flexible schedules (all hours available)
- Immediate job openings; including after-hour cases
- Geriatrics
- Home Health
- Monday to Friday
- Home health: 1 year (Required)
- Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistant (Required)
